How to brush your teeth

Many people think that side to side is just as good as up and down or around and around, but this is not the best way to do it. A circular motion is much more effective in getting the plaque off the teeth. Do not forget to brush the back areas of the teeth, as this is where a lot of food can accumulate. Brush for at least 2 minutes, and then rinse your mouth. You have to do this twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. It is also reasonable to brush after having a smelly meal such as fish, or something with a lot of garlic!

Not only is it as important as brushing your teeth, there are aspects of flossing that are even more important! When eating, food gets caught between your teeth; these are areas that a toothbrush cannot reach. Therefore, it is crucial that you use floss to get that stuck food out.
How to floss
So how often should you floss? We recommend that you floss before or after you brush your teeth, so twice a day. This ensures that you are getting all the plaque and food out of the mouth in the morning and at night. One of the best ways to floss is with a water flosser. This is a method where you use an oral irrigator that uses water pressure to floss between the teeth. It is much more effective than using the traditional string floss.
